GREENVILLE, S.C. — [10.21.26] — Tribe Clinical Research (TCR) is pleased to announce the launch of its first clinical research study in partnership with Greenville Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), marking an important milestone in the organizations' shared commitment to expanding access to clinical research opportunities across the Upstate.
The Phase 3 clinical trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of an investigational medication for adults living with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), a persistent inflammatory condition that can significantly affect breathing, sleep, sense of smell, and overall quality of life.
"This partnership with Greenville ENT is an exciting step forward in our mission to bring clinical research opportunities closer to patients and the physicians they already know and trust," said Jennifer Lehman, CEO of Tribe Clinical Research. "Together, we can connect more people with potential new treatment options while helping advance the future of medicine."
Adults ages 18 and older may be eligible to participate if they have been diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps for at least 12 months and have experienced symptoms for at least 12 weeks before screening. Additional eligibility criteria apply.
"Patients with severe nasal polyps can be a challenging population to treat. Standard non-surgical treatments are often ineffective, and many of these patients have endured multiple surgeries over many years to control their symptoms," said Dr. William Frazier of Greenville ENT. "Greenville ENT is excited to offer this clinical trial evaluating a novel therapy that represents a new treatment approach for the management of these patients."
The study will be conducted at the Tribe Clinical Research Greenville location. Qualified participants will receive study-related care at no cost and may receive up to $6,555 in compensation for time and travel.
