Qualifications:
• Adults 18 years old or over • Have started Zepbound treatment in the last 60 days • Currently in full time paid employment • Living with obesity or overweight with at least one other weight-related medical condition (specific BMI qualifiers discussed during screening)

Compensation:
You will receive $75 USD after completion of each survey (Up to $375)
